Studio Policies

Patch Test: Mandatory for all first-time lift, tint, or lamination treatments. Must be completed at least 48 hours prior to service.
Cancellation: Please provide at least 24 hours notice for any rescheduling or cancellations so we can refill the slot.
Appointment Prep: Please arrive with clean lashes and brows, completely free of mascara, lash glues, or oil-based facial creams.

How far in advance should I book my appointment?

We recommend booking 1 to 2 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and time, particularly for evening slots and weekend requests. If you have an upcoming wedding, holiday, or special event, please get in touch 3 to 4 weeks prior to ensure ideal scheduling.

Why is a patch test mandatory before my first treatment?

Client safety and comfort are our top priorities. A quick, complimentary 48-hour skin patch test is mandatory for all new clients booking LVL lash lifts, brow tints, or brow lamination. This guarantees you will not experience any sensitivity or allergic reactions to our professional formulations.

Where is the treatment studio located and is parking available?

Our private beauty studio is conveniently situated at 12 The Old Dairy, Hyde, Tameside (SK14 4XP), easily accessible from Dukinfield, Ashton-under-Lyne, and Denton. Dedicated on-site client parking is available directly outside the premises for a stress-free arrival.
